Participation Rewards
There’s a reason that football teams have cheerleaders (ok, two). But the one I’m thinking of is participation. Getting the crowd to their feet, cheering the home team – getting people excited to belong.
Getting great participation is tough work – is your program doing all that it could?

Whether testing a new drug or launching your latest survey, your programs rely on participants. Their valuable feedback and involvement deserves an equally valuable reward and experience.
Participation does not just need to be rewarded, it needs to be cheered on. Reliable participation dramatically reduces cost, improves results and decreases time to implement.
