Our Executives

Juli helped form Parago in early 1999 as the company’s CFO and was promoted to President & CEO in 2007. She is responsible for strategic expansion of the company’s incentive services offerings and driving innovation within the rebate processing and incentives industry.
Juli, a Director of Parago, also serves as a board member of Cardtronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CATM), the world’s largest non-bank owner of ATMs. She additionally serves as a board member of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA), an association formed to promote the use of prepaid rebate cards as an alternative payment vehicle. In 2009, Juli was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southwest region, as well as the Best Entrepreneur by the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.
Prior to joining Parago, Juli served as Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning at Excel Communications where she worked directly on the company’s IPO and played a key role in the $1.2 billion acquisition of Telco Communications and $7 billion merger with Teleglobe, Inc. Juli began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mae joined Parago as Chief Financial Officer in 2007. As CFO, Mae not only manages the traditional Finance responsibilities but has also been instrumental in bringing Parago’s prepaid card product to market and manages the group which is responsible for delivering millions of prepaid cards annually. In 2011, Mae was honored as one of the top financial executives in Dallas by DCEO Magazine and in 2009 she was named the Dallas CFO of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal.
Prior to joining Parago, Mae spent 14 years at JPMorgan and predecessor firms where she served as Managing Director within JPMorgan’s Technology Corporate Banking Group.
Mae led a group responsible for providing commercial banking and investment banking services to mid-cap and small-cap technology companies, primarily focused in the software, services, and transaction processing segments.

Bob joined Parago in 2000 as the Vice President of Technology and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2007. In this role, Bob is responsible for Technology, Account Management and Business Intelligence. Under Bob’s direction, Parago was a recipient of the 2010 CIO 100 award, acknowledging companies that do an exemplary job of using information technology to drive business value.
He has nearly two decades of experience in technology delivery with management consulting and industry expertise.
Prior to joining Parago, he served as Vice President of Technology and Operations for Up2 Technologies, a BCE (Bell Canada Enterprises, formerly Teleglobe) subsidiary, as well as technology-centric roles with Excel Communications and Arthur Anderson.

Glen joined Parago in 2008 with over 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the incentives industry.
He is responsible for the revenue growth of the organization, building and maintaining a solutions sales organization, and expanding the company’s reach into new industry segments and programs.
Prior to joining Parago, Glen worked with some of the nation’s leading incentive companies including MotivAction, LLC, BI Performance, Maritz Inc., and Marketing Innovators International.

Before joining Parago in January 2000, Michael served as Vice President, Consumer Affairs at Young America Corporation, a consumer rebate processing and fulfillment company that services many large companies. Michael is responsible for ten facilities in seven countries providing campaign setup, mail processing, scanning, data entry, customer service and quality assurance for our client base. Michael recently lead our customer service center in Miramichi, New Brunswick to the Call Center of the Year Finalist from the International Customer Service Institute (ICMI.com), the leading global provider of comprehensive resources for customer management professionals.
Previously, he was Vice President, Direct Response Sales and Service for NordicTrack, Inc., a direct response and direct mail marketer of home fitness equipment. Michael has participated on the national COPC-2000 Certification Standards board that seeks continuous improvement for call centers and fulfillment services.

Mike has served as an Executive Vice President since 1999 and is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction, expansion into new market segments, product marketing, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Parago, Mike spent over 14 years with Intel Corporation, the world’s largest chip maker and leading manufacturer of computer, networking and communications products, where he was responsible for management of a strategic business unit including full P&L responsibility as well as the development of new distribution channels.
Mike has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and product development of technology-based solutions.

Ed Woodson has 14 years of experience providing legal representation to technology companies. Ed joined Parago in 1999. He has served for nine years as General Counsel of Parago. Ed is responsible for all aspects of Parago’s legal representation, including client and vendor contracting, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, litigation, and compliance functions (including compliance with promotional, prepaid, and unclaimed property law). Ed joined Parago from Locke Liddell & Sapp, LLP, and is a licensed patent attorney.
In 2010, Ed was a finalist for the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Corporate Counsel Awards, recognizing leaders with high ethical standards and exemplary professional skills.

Bill joined Parago in 2002 as a Senior Account Executive and received recognition year after year as a multi-million dollar producer.
He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2007. Bill has over 15 years experience as an enterprise solutions sales executive and has delivered over $50MM in sales for the companies he has represented, which include Parago, Palm, Inc. and CompuCom Systems, Inc.

Franz joined Parago in 2002 as Chief Architect and later became Director of Development and Director of Technology. He was promoted to Vice President of Technology in 2009.
He is responsible for all aspects of technology operations and delivery of enhancements and other technology projects. Franz possesses nearly two decades of technology experience in the areas of promotion management systems, operational support systems and workflow management systems.
Prior to joining Parago, Franz worked for Viewlocity, Trilogy, Sequel Systems and Sabre Decision Technologies leading mission critical technology projects.

Jason joined Parago in 2010 as Executive Director of Growth Initiatives and in 2011 was promoted to Vice President of Growth Initiatives.
He is responsible for corporate growth initiatives including; new corporate solutions & products, mobile strategy, and new strategic partnerships. Jason possesses 10 years of leadership experience in Promotional & Offer Development, Product Management and Channel execution & engagement.
Prior to joining Parago, Jason worked for Verizon Communications for 12 years. In those 12 years he was responsible for developing & executing national offers, served as Product Director for Consumer Internet Services, and managed all Go-To-Market for all Consumer Domestic Telecom. Jason won several awards given to the top 1% of Verizon employees including the Telecom Leaders Circle Award and Individual Verizon Excellence Award.

Tom joined Parago in 2001 as a Senior Account Manager and moved into Operations, serving as Call Center Director and his current role as Vice President of Operations.
Tom has key responsibility for leading the award-winning operational capabilities for Parago – ensuring that it maintains industry-best customer service for each of Parago’s 50 million annual transactions. His role encompasses oversight and execution for mail processing, scanning, data entry, customer service, back office and quality assurance. He has been instrumental in leading Parago’s Canadian Call Center, the recipient of back to back years as a finalist/semi-finalist for ICMI’s Call Center of the Year Award.
He possesses over 25 years of experience in Operations with expertise in Call Center Operations and Back Office Processing. Prior to joining Parago Tom worked for Sprint, Zacson, NordicTrack and Young America Corp.
